Baking on a Budget

I love to bake, but sadly, butter and flour aren't getting any cheaper! For 2012, my main resolution is to stay on budget for groceries. This seems like it should be easy, but when I like to bake three times a week and cook fancy dinners every night, our actual expense can sometimes be 60-80% over our budget. But that stops today, as I have a plan that will help me keep my baking on a budget.
